E-Property Solutions provide company letting solutions to organisations looking to accommodate staff right across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Our all-inclusive pricing packages cover all bills, utilities, taxes, licenses and costs meaning you have a single payment point for everything. Depending on the service level you require for your team, we can fully furnish properties, install white goods, supply cookware, crockery and utensils, arrange weekly cleaning and handle any on-going maintenance
For sourcing long-term accommodation and bespoke accommodation needs we have a simple 5 step process:
CONTACT US & BRIEF YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Give us a call or drop one of the team an email. One of our Account Managers will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your project, housing requirements, timescales, and locations. Following the briefing with your Account Manager, you will receive written confirmation of your exact requirements, including tenancy length, budget, location to the site, number of staff etc. Property lettings made simple.
SEARCH, SHORTLIST & VIEWINGS
Our team of Property Sourcers will work through our extensive network of on and offline portals, contacting Landlords and Agents in your chosen location to find the best properties for you to rent based on your accommodation requirements. Once an area search has been completed your Account Manager with send you a selection of shortlisted rental properties that meet your requirements and you simply select the units that best fit your staff’s needs. We arrange viewings for you - or our team conduct the viewings on your behalf - ensuring the rental property meets your requirements.
PAPERWORK & REFERENCING
Once you have approved the rental property(ies) E-Property Solutions set up all paperwork, legal documentation and handle everything from ensuring the appropriate certifications are in place for your property rental right through to cutting keys. While all paperwork is being signed off one of our property team will be progressing any required referencing checks required by the agent or property owners.
FURNISH & FINISH
Once all paperwork is signed off and a tenancy start date is confirmed our maintenance team will order, deliver and build any required furniture / household goods so that a ‘home from home’ is ready for your staff to move straight into. From towels and linen to cooking pots we ensure you have all you need.
CHECK IN & ENJOY YOUR STAY
Once our team has finished getting the rental property ready for your team we’ll meet you (or your staff) at the property to let, show you around and give you the keys.
